AT Productions is led by Nicolae Ciobota, Managing Director of Animal Tracks Productions Ltd — across live and hybrid events, video, multi-camera streaming, vMix, playback, editing and motion graphics. Equally comfortable leading a production, supporting an agency team, running vMix, building QLab cues, directing cameras or shaping the edit afterwards.

Founded in 1995 by Nick Hemming.
AT Productions was founded by Nick Hemming in 1995. A senior cameraman at London Weekend Television (LWT), Nick worked on major productions including Surprise Surprise, Father Ted, the variety shows at the London Palladium, Hell’s Kitchen and Bruce’s Price Is Right — among many others.
After founding the company, AT Productions went on to produce more than 500 shows for Channel 5’s Russell Grant Postcards, alongside a wide range of corporate events and conferences.
From radio booth to control room.
Nicolae started in media as a redactor at Redeșteptarea Lugoj before moving into radio and television presenter / producer work at Europa Nova. During that time he broadcast live to BBC World Service for the consecration of Bishop Alexandru Mesian of Lugoj.
After moving to the UK he worked for Video One with Claudio von Planta, the cameraman known for Long Way Round. One of his proudest early projects was research for the International Committee of the Red Cross. He learned early NLE systems — FAST Video Machine and Media 100 — and trained in Director, Flash and Adobe tools.
